One of my favorites for salads what makes Blue Moon vinegars so flavorful is their low acidity so you can use more in your dressing.I use about a 1.5 to 2 oil to vinegar so your getting more vinegar thus producing more flavor.I also prefer a neutral oil like Avocado Oil.
